The World Communion of Reformed Churches (WCRC), which is comprised of 80 million Christians in Congregational, Presbyterian, Reformed, United, Uniting and Waldensian churches, is in search for Executive Secretaries for the departments of Justice and Witness and Communion and Theology. The WCRC, working with its 225+ member churches, is active in supporting theology, justice, church unity and mission in over 100 countries.

In a letter to the member churches and ecumenical bodies, Rev. Dr. Chris Ferguson, the General Secretary of the WCRC, writes that they are "looking for individuals who have vision and exceptional leadership skills, an ability to both plan and implement, can build networks and communicate effectively, are team players and are able to raise money for projects. Highly developed professional and vocational competence in their respective areas are essential".
